MyMiris™ is an online customer platform developed to ensure customers maintenance:
This extra resource includes training and testing that evaluate and re-certify operators annually. It provides an overview of Miris HMA® with administrator access to certification status and certification logs for each operator. Miris will prompt a follow-up training should the results indicate aditional training is needed.
Users are encouraged to regularly enter QC data from their Miris HMA®. If the entered results are outside the accepted range, the operator will be alerted. The QC data is also analyzed by a Miris specialist who will reach out with advice on maintenance if the results indicate this is needed.
